We work with solicitors and other regulated legal professionals as well as members of partnerships and companies. We are familiar with the need to respond quickly and can often provide an initial view at short notice.
Our practice is highly specialised and we are used to being instructed at all stages of a matter — from the early advisory stage through to full advocacy in court or arbitration proceedings.

Once instructed, provide a written brief setting out the facts and issues. We are happy to advise on what papers and information will be most useful.
We will provide written advice and, where appropriate, meet with you and your client to discuss the matter and agree a strategy.
We can be involved as little or as much as you need — from a one-off opinion to ongoing advisory work and representation.

disputes can escalate rapidly and that urgent advice is sometimes
